The director of the program and other staff help you craft resumes, writing samples, and cover letters to present your qualifications in the best light. Then, the Washington Internship Program represents your candidacy in the Washington area -- speaking with people on your behalf and finding the placement that's best for you. Preparation is offered in interviewing techniques in advance of phone interviews or personal meetings. The Washington Internship has never failed to place a student who has been accepted into the program. Unlike applying to a college, if you are rejected by the Washington Internship Program, your entire application fee is refunded. Consequently, you lose nothing by applying.
