Film and Discussion by Dr. Jerrold Post: Inside the Mind of Hitler
On Monday, February 6, participants in Washington Internship Program were invited to the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University where they joined faculty and graduate students viewing the documentary Inside the Mind of Hitler. Dr. Jerrold Post – who heads the political psychology division of the Elliott School for International Affairs and is a professor of psychiatry and international affairs at George Washington University – was interviewed in the documentary; he introduced the film and took questions after the screening. Yale University Press published many of Post’s books on the psychology of world leaders, and this noted author/analyst has worked for the Central Intelligence Agency. Dr. Post discussed Hitler profile and its role in personality assessments relative to government policy.
